I can't get no sleep....
At least once a year I have 2-3 weeks of Insomnia, I'm about 2 weeks in at the moment. It's like someone has forgotten to tell my brain to shut UP! it just won't switch off.
The plus side = Commissioned work can get done as I have extra time to sort it out.
The down side = By the time 6.00am comes around all I want to do is stay in bed, not get out and drive down the M1.
Sleep tight.

Melatonin, anyone? It's all natural - and knocks me out when I'm too stressed to sleep.
Thanks for asking about my absence - I'm back now - and almost human!
I'll give it a try... I'm always almost human ;-)
Hmm, I don't have any suggestions, I get that too about once or twice a year but not for as long as you. I seem to drop off just before my alarm goes off, grr :-(
I tried that Nytol once but it didn't work for me.
That's not very helpful, sorry :-)
Hoping some quality sleep comes your way soon. Thanks for reading my blog, I'm thinking your the only one. Hoping to make it more interesting soon!
I've tried nytol before as well - it worked the first night but I woke up with a wanging ead ache :-/
I'm sure it will pass - funny thing the old brain.
