I've seen people running in the streets in Central London, don't think I'd fancy it myself at lunchtime, difficult enough to walk up the road dodging the crowds as it is :-)
:-) It would be good to be able to run every lunchtime...but never seem to take more than 2 a week :-(
I try and get out when I get home after work, which is about 7.30, but it seems harder at this time of year. I leave to early to go for one before though. I'm just glad we have showers on-site :-)
Yeah it's mental in London, when I'm down in Holborn it takes you 10mins to cross the road ;-)

Lunch time runs? man i wish i had the time. I have to get up early o'clock these days to get some running in.

I work in Holborn, you should pop in and say hello next time you're down. I'll race you across the road, it only takes me 9 minutes :-)
