Quick post - got up went running and did weights :-P - Now I'm at work :-/

Detox day:

Kilometres ran today: 3K
Kilometres ran this week so far: 6K

What else does your detox entail or is it just a no vodka detox?

Gotta get down with the weights ;-)

The detox is no vodders :-/ loads of water, no wheat and no junk food...

Only 81 days to go :-D
