Just got back into work after a quick 1.5miler :-) with 2 people (yes, 2!)
Preston is keeping up the running, and now another new recruit has become a member of the lunchtime running team.
If we keep adding joggers at this rate, the whole team will be out and about - enough to scare the chav's who ride up and down the river bank on unlicensed motorbikes looking cool :-P

I think it's the chavs that should be licensed :-)
The government would maka a fortune :-P (just like Gregs have) ;-)

I reckon the chavs are what keep Greggs and the Spar shop in business...
