:-) Summer has managed to stay with us for more than a week :-P
Woke up with a slight hangover, so went for a Miler :-) glad I did - It's cleared my head, enough to make me wash the car before we head off for some lunchtime madness at a kids party.

Good work JB - I don't know how you can run so far in this heat, you must sweat more than you can drink!
Have fun at the kid's party, I'm gymming tonight when (if) it gets slightly cooler...
