Pants!
That's how todays run was from start to finish. I hate it when a run hurts all the way around - 5 miles of pure fun ;-) fingers crossed tomorrows will be better.
Well not sure what the weekends going to bring, maybe some more toy making :-D and Wii funtime.

I like the idea of the push ups and sit ups. I need some core training. So I'm in. Thanks for the idea. :-)
:-) not really hurting, it was just hard work and hurt all the way around, in a "please stop running, it would be so easy to walk now" kind of way.
The sit ups and push ups are cool - they hurt at the moment, but are a cheeky free exercise :-D I know I'm cheap but it's a "do-able" for me.
