Well today was a 4 miler - that's what I did, well nearly I over ran by half a mile but don't tell anyone :-P

Heart stats AVG 146bpm - MAX 170bpm
Temperature 20/C

Well done for almost sticking to your schedule :-)

My training schedule this week has been: Monday, gym. Tuesday, 3 mile run. Wednesday, wine and pizza. Thursday, lager and pizza. Friday, gym, lager and pizza (probably).
