I'm spinnind around

Good news :-)

The foot Dr dude says yah I can do some training. So I started tonight with a 15 minute session on the elliptical trainer. Fingers crossed it all seems to have gone ok no aches and pains yet.

To help I've also started to take some supplements - so hopefully they will keep me on the road to recovery.

More training tomorrow 30 minutes and some weights.

Ellipticals have helped me alot more than treadmills. The exercise is much more intense!
