pheewwwwwww!!!
Now that has got to be the hardest run I've had in long time. The weather made it soooooo hard!
Winds of 32mph, rain and temperatures of 9C or 48F.
It was a case of one foot forward two sideways.
I managed to do 4 miles
Weather Update
WOW the winds have apparently been up to 100mph, not just a lame 32mph as I first reported.

I thought you were resting up jog man!
4 miles is excellent in these gales though... I nearly got blown away just walking home from uni today! :-D
LOL! it's just wrong out there. Hope uni is going ok?
Yeah going good thanks... I guess! I'm not back officially until Monday but I've got 2 assignments due next week so been working on those.
Out for a friend's birthday tomorrow night, should be a cracker! How's work - still crazy busy? Any birthday plans? :-D
Work is flat out busy :-/
Going out is the new staying in :-) enjoy yourself dude. No real plans for mine, apart from running 36K :-P
Then maybe a few glasses of red wine.
sorry to hear about the nasty weather. i hope it improves soon...be careful out there!
