But highly unexpected! We went to a friends wedding reception last night, and had a right good time. But the evening was made even better when at around 10pm a Tom Jones tribute act turned up and did an hour of hits :-) Very unexpected indeed, but it was a good laugh.
Went out this morning and had a great 7 miler, mixed it up a bit today and did 6 miles of it in the forests.
We are franticly packing at the moment preparing for our trip over to Florida. I can’t wait!

When are you going? Are you going to get any running in over there, maybe along the beach? Aah, that would be cool :-)

We are going upto Manchester on Wednesday and fly thursday lunchtime. No running on the beaches we are staying on International Drive in Orlando - It's a bit like a 12 mile strip of hotels and shops... but I will be running on a running machine :-/ it's safer than running the streets.
Lime in your soda... sugar in your tea... what's all these crazy questions they are asking me... ;-)
Have a FAB time in Florida dude, and take lots of photos! :-)
