Took today off running - rest the old pins a bit. :-)
Cancer update... 6 months of Chemo ahead, with a good chance this will kill the cancer in the lymph glands. Fingers crossed and all that.
Long lunch run tomorrow.
PS Preston and I got some verbal abuse runnning the other day, it was rather a well thought out rant, not! a white van man shouted "Your Running!" yeup! we are...

Wow, you've really been putting in the miles! You certainly deserve a break!
Sorry about your dad. Cancer, and cancer treatments, really change what you can do - but in another year you and your dad should be on the bikes again!

The hospital have told us that it will be a bad six months because of the operation that he has had the chemo will hit him hard, and he may need to be back in hospital at times... But fingers crossed this time next year it will all be cool.
