WOW! the weather sure did pick up this afternoon - No need to wear a jacket running at lunchtime. I managed to get Preston out for a brisk 5K.

Today's weather was cr*p down here, is the Summer going to come back? I still haven't run in the blazing heat, as soon as I started running again, the sun went away :-)
