That is a great idea for next month challenge.To add sit up and push ups. Thanks. It is chilly here. Not like you weather.Awesome !!! trying one of your no points soups.
It's a good goal to go at - I'm going to carry forever... may need to stop adding 1 a day at one point.The soup is great - the best ones are the ones with a lot of veg and tomato in (plus a little chilli)... very nice.
