Well actually smaller guy - I've lost 14lbs this month :-)

Thanks for all the comments - hopefully I'll be online again next week (fingers crossed).

You've lost a stone in a month?! Bloody hell. You do know the recommended healthy amount to lose is 1 or 2 lbs a week? Still, I wouldn't complain!

Yeah - I blame the weight watchers... 18 points a day has killed my belly ;-) not complaining though, another 7lbs and I'm done.
