YAH! it's Friday (Day 45)

Well I didn't get out of bed this morning in time to do a pre-work run...Sorry :-/

But I did manage to smack out a 7 miler later today :-) got to do 6 tomorrow and a 10 on Sunday to get my 30 miles in for the week.

The problem is... Ice skating in the morning then an all night party / Salsa Sunday and then another invite out.

I'll let you all know how it goes along the way.

Hope everyone has a great weekend and also get some good runs in.

PS - It's sad when the blossom falls off the trees.

Ice skating, all night parties, Salsa, more socialising - when are you going to fit time in for a car boot sale, let alone running 16 miles? :-)

Run to your all night party and then run back run to Ice skating with the little one in your daysack and back again and then run while your doing your Salsa. No problem :)

Just wondering how fast you run to be able to do 10 milers all the time...

I'm at about 13 minutes/mile right now.

Hope your weekend is wonderful.

p.s. Is this a real pizza or an inside joke?

Hi Kate it's a real pizza - sorelimbs started it off the jogblog took up the challenge, I made one last week but forgot to take a picture of it and ate it :-) I'll try and remember to take a picture this time :-)

I'm not really sure how fast I run. I did 13 miles 2 weeks ago in around 1.50. If I'm on the treadmill I run at 6.5 - 7.5. All I know is that I just like to run :-)

Hope this helps.

Cheers and thanks for dropping in.

I'm making pizza this weekend too.

I run at 5 on the TM. I'm impressed with your times. I can't imagine getting there at my age so I'll just be happy with my slow jog. :)

Slow is good - I'm not fast compared to the likes of Sorelimbs, and other friends I run with.

I just love running (I never thought I'd say that a couple of years ago) It's a great way to stay fit, clear my head and raise money for charity.

But even more so since I've been blogging - make a great bunch of friends from all over the globe that help me keep motivated :-)
