Just a quick one
The weather up north has been lovely today (well the hour that spent on the motorway was nice).
Got home and went out for a quick one around the block :-) It still hurts so much, I can't wait to get my fitness back - If it dosen't turn up soon, I might look on e-bay for some.
Looking forward to some time off work with the UK bank holiday this monday, but you can bet that the weather turns bad.

We've had rubbish weather all week. Rain, rain and a bit more rain. But the sun came out tonight about 6 o'clock :-)
Good luck hunting for fitness on ebay, if you find some stamina on there, can you give me a shout?
