I think i've had 2-3 days off because of my ankle this month, so no 100% run a day :-(
Managed a longer 10 miles today :-)
I'm going to try and post more next month (sorry for the short updates - seems to be busy busy busy)

No Jinx pix for two days? Is his eye ok? My cat was limping but I fixed her :-)
:-) he has some cream for it - seems to be getting better - we need pix of your cat in a pizza box again ;-)
My cat would take my arm off if I tried putting cream on her eye!
I don't order pizza anymore since I discovered how nice Sainsburys pizza base mix is, in fact I have a pizza cooking in the oven now :-)
