Smile on a string...
:-) Well managed a couple of runs today.
Run 1 was on my own sans iPod and I did 5 miles (very pleasant to hear the traffic)
Run 2 with running club after work, which turned out to be 2 of us for a cheeky 3 miles. So all in all a good jogging day and 8 tidy miles.
August Mileage Total = 34

He's never done Expedition Everest or RnR Coaster since his mom and dad are chicken. :-)
Great job on the running. I'm jealous.

Cool :-) love 'em all - Expedition was no where near as good as I thought it would be, we rode it twice (2nd time was better) - R&R is sweet :-)
Expedition is my kids favorite.I can't get them on r&r.
