Sign? (Day 70)
The sign outside the local swimming pool. Can anyone explain what it means to me?
What day isn't it a pay and display - couldn't the sign just have said "This is a pay and display car park"?
Or does it mean on Sunday it's not?
Am I just thick?

Maybe they were only allowed to use letters of a certain size and so had to use up the empty space and "Monday to Sunday" was better than "so there" (however tempted the council signwriters may have been to write that instead).
