Pause to pounce
First day of the month and I started it as I mean to go on, with a run. Man is it cold and windy! I think I left my face somewhere on mile 2. I managed to keep myself going for another 6.
I must admit I hate running at the moment - my lungs hate the cold weather but the addiction to miles keeps me going.

Nice that you still got outside.
Due to slush and Ice I am stuck with Treadmill Theater.

:-) running outside is hard at this time of year, nearly treadmill time - the only problem with the mill is that I find it hard to do more than 6 miles on without being bored.
Jinx is a nutter - but ace :-D
Monty comes home in January fingers crossed - he hasn't been well and looked liked he wasn;t going to make it last week. He is doing better now though :-)
