Welcome All and One

Welcome to the first post on my blog. :-P

Hopefully if all goes to plan I will be updating this blog every time that I’ve had a run. I aim to use it as a guide to my fitness and also as a motivation tool for up and coming races.

Watch out for some "backblogs" about how I got into running, kit reviews, some nice photos etc :-)
